Drug Testing Enrollment
All Individuals Operating A Vehicle That Requires A CDL Are To Be Enrolled In A Random Selection Drug And Alcohol Testing Program
(This Includes Owner-Operators)
Drug Testing applies to:
- Those operating a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combination Weight Rating (GCWR) of 26,001 + pounds
- Vehicles that transport at least 16 passengers
- Vehicles that transport hazardous materials and/or require placarding to be in place
per 49 CFR Part 382
Enrollment Fees:
- $150.00 per driver per year. (Proof of enrollment)
- Random selection, post accident, and pre-employment testing.
