Due to the large number of carriers that must register, the UCR filing period opens October 1, 2022 to allow sufficient time for processing of applications and payments.
The 2023 UCR Registration, per Federal Regulations CFR 367, must be completed by the end of the year preceding the UCR Registration filing period. The final payment and application must be submitted and processed by the end of the 2022 year for the upcoming 2023 UCR period.
